Check out this emotional vow exchange at Malibu Rocky Oaks. Tracy and Andrew were married overlooking the Malibu Hills.

A few of my favorite things about this wedding

I loved when Andrew talked about how Tracy has brought him closer to his Vietnamese heritage.

Both of their dads speeches were touching and you could feel how much pride they have in their children.

The bride and groom looked amazing in their traditional cultural wedding outfits.

I love when the dance music kicks in during act 3 (The music reminds me a bit of Stranger Things) and the crowd went wild. I was definitely not expected that level of awesomeness on the dance floor that night.

By far my favorite moment, and one that I debated about wether to include in the film was when Andrew paused mid speech and said “I’m so emotional right now”. The smile on Tracy’s face and the whole exchange really summed up the way they feel about each other. And so that became the cornerstone for how this edit was constructed. Act one and two consist of groom and then bride getting ready and reciting their vows followed by the release of tension in the last segment with their party.
